At Flowerver, we believe wedding florals should be both beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We specialize in creating elevated, customized floral experiences using a refined blend of fresh blooms and premium real-touch artificial flowers—offering a more sustainable and versatile approach to modern weddings.

Our design philosophy is rooted in artistry, intention, and attention to detail. From the initial concept to the final installation, we work closely with each client to bring their vision to life in a way that feels cohesive, personal, and timeless.

Our Floral Rental & Design Process

We’ve created a seamless and collaborative process to bring your wedding vision to life while keeping everything organized and stress-free.

 

- Step 1. Share Your Vision
Begin by telling us about your wedding style and preferences. Please provide your color palette, inspiration photos, and an estimated quantity for each type of floral arrangement (arch, bouquets, centerpieces, etc.). The more details you share, the better we can tailor your design.

- Step 2. Receive Your Initial Quote
Based on your vision and needs, we will prepare a customized initial quote for your review. This will outline recommended items and pricing to match your aesthetic and budget.

- Step 3. Mock-Up & Design Preview
If you’re happy with the quote, we will move forward with a design preview. We will create a mock-up and select key flowers for you to review.
This step can be done:

In person at our showroom
Through photos
Via a virtual meeting

This allows you to visualize your wedding florals before making a final decision.

 

- To Confirm your booking:

Secure Your Date (with 30% Deposit)
Once you’re ready to book, a 30% initial deposit is required to secure your wedding date and our services. At this point, your event is officially reserved with us.

- After booking is confirmed:

  • Design Confirmation (2–3 Months Before Wedding) We will schedule a design confirmation meeting approximately 2–3 months prior to your wedding to finalize all details.

  • Final design selections will be confirmedA second payment of 35% is due, no major design changes can be made after this stage

 

- Final Adjustments & Balance (2 Weeks Before Wedding)
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
You may still make minor adjustments before this deadline, such as updating the quantity of arrangements.

- Wedding Day Execution
Our team will handle delivery, setup, and breakdown (if applicable), ensuring every detail is beautifully executed according to plan.
